Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Teamor, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your activewear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are only available for the same price items in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
All items must be in original condition with all tags attached
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use (including deodorant or makeup marks)Â
Delivery charges for exchanges will be borne by the buyer

Refunds (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
Refunds are only issued if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Delivery charges for refunds due to damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Teamor.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at teamorgroup@outlook.com

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or refund will not be accepted.
